As such, Juniper Networks - like the IPv6 Summit - continues to commit resources toward the promotion and education of the benefits of IPv6.

  • IPv6 Wireless Connectivity and Services. Juniper Networks will support the Coalition Summit for IPv6 both as a Grand Sponsor and as a member of the team - along with Global Crossing and Northrop Grumman IT - that will provide IPv6 connectivity for the Summit.
  • Juniper Networks IPv6 Expert Presents. Juniper Network's senior director of product management, Rod Murchison, is scheduled to address "Military & Homeland Security with IPv6" on Wednesday, May 25 from 11:20 to 11:50 a.m. Rod's presentation will offer insight into best-practices for a gradual transition from IPv4 to IPv6, including seamless, simultaneous operation, and coexistence through a wide range of techniques, including dual-stack operation and IPv6 over MPLS. Juniper Networks, through its federally focused efforts, has demonstrated a commitment to supporting the Department of Defense's initiatives to move to IPv6.
  • Press & Analyst Luncheon - IPv6 Understanding. Juniper Networks is hosting a press & analyst luncheon to educate the general public further on the advantages of IPv6. Juniper Networks seeks to help the media understand the limitations of the current version of IPv4, and the benefits and challenges associated with migrating to the next generation of IP, IPv6. The luncheon will take place on Tuesday, May 24th at the Coalition Summit for IPv6, and is limited to analysts and members of the media only.
  • Juniper Network Showcase. In addition to these events and presentations, Juniper Networks will showcase its next generation products and services at its booth in the main exhibit area for the duration of the Summit. Juniper Networks will also offer information on how it can support any organization's successful transition to IPv6.

The Coalition Summit for IPv6 is a world premier event for the IPv6 community, providing an international forum for advancing the development and implementation of next generation Internet networks, technologies, applications and policies. Juniper Networks is both proud to support the IPv6 Summit and excited to be a partner in the future of IPv6.
